the stunt has nothing to do with "squealling of tires" but rather.....
Driving a motor vehicle in a manner that indicates an intention to cause some or all of its tires to lose traction with the surface of the highway while turning
- has to intentionally lose traction while turning

wait what? that is gold...
I have a friend fighting a racing charge, he left a red light hard on the gas, the car he was "racing" was a Kia minivan in the turning lane... he drives the same thing i do, but with some heavy mods, exhaust is a bit loud, very fast... but it has traction control. There might be a bit of chirping of the tires like mine does, but no constant squeel. Anyhow he was going straight, and he let off the gas at 56km/h. Cop stopped them both and charged them both with racing....
