Are Toronto Airport Roads A "highway" ?
Are the roads that are managed by the Greater Toronto Airport Authority considered a HTA "Highway" ?
***I am not a lawyer, I have no legal qualifications and my opinions could well be wrong***.

I believe airport roads are governed by the Airport Traffic Regulations, C.R.C., c. 886 under the Government Property Traffic Act and Department of Transport Act.
