Failure To Stop At An Intersection
Hi,
So I got the ticket for disobey stop sign HTA 136 (1)(A) my court date is this friday this is my first time appear on Trial any tips would be help ful.
I am hoping they will lessen the charge.
I saw your other thread you said before the trail you can meet with the proscutor to deal? Where is this prosecutor sit before the trail starts?

Contact the court, as it varies from region to region. Typically first attendance meetings need to be scheduled on a date before the trial.
