Sect 201 Fail To Report Damage To Property On Highway
i got a ticket as topic, just wander is there any point of this ticket? what the different between sect 199? i hit a tree, but just some scratch on it.
the fine was $85+20=$105?

No demerit points. Sections 199 is for when you fail to report an accident. I'd describe it as a much more serious charge, though the fine is the same. Section 199 carries 3 demerit points.
