Hi All, So I have been reading a lot of posts in this forum (all very helpful!). So I got a ticket for speeding by 36 km on the 401. The ticket given to me is correct. I have been charged with HTA 128, for a fine of $271. I requested for disclosure and I just got it. It contains the officer's notes and a manual for "Laser Alley Speed LIDAR" I have attached it with this post. The writing is not the best and I am having a difficult time reading and understanding what is on the disclosure. Any help with how I can fight it would be greatly appreciated! :D :D :D SIDE NOTE: They have attached a random email (hopefully it was a mistake) regarding another person's court case with their confidential information on it. Anything I can do about that?
