Ok i got a speeding ticket on tues for 117 in an 80, the cop nocked 5 off too 112. i intend on fighting it, this is my first ticket in 20 yrs! so im not happy about it but i was speeding. after i get my trial date i plan on going in to see the crown a week before and pled with them to reduce it to 15 over so i dont have points and my insurance wont go up . hopefullly this will work,someone said that if the cop nocked it down on the side of the road then the crown wont touch it? i figure if i tell them i am willing to pay a fine but cant affford the points to haunt me for the next 5 yrs. hope this works what you all think
