Advice For Speaking With Prosecutor
My initial speed was 110km in an 80km zone. The ticket was dropped to 99km in an 80km at the roadside. This is my first speeding ticket.
I have just received my trial date, would it be reasonable for me to call the prosecutor and ask to have the ticket dropped to 95km?
Thank you.
Re: Advice For Speaking With Prosecutor
You can certainly try, but typically they won't offer any further reduction on a ticket that has already been reduced.
