Went to court today. I had filed all my 11b motion and was hoping that I did it right . I was also prepared to go to trial if I had to. Lucky for me the officer did not come to trial. I guess I'll never know if I filed the paperwork right. I am wondering tho, when it was my turn and I was called up the crown told the J.P. that the officer was excused and the charge was withdrawn, Anyone think that this was because of the 11b or was it because I was his only case this morning.
