Hello.

Newly licensed Paralegal in Ontario (since May 2018) fighting traffic tickets in Windsor, Ontario area! I've come here for the discussion and to get insight on the HTA with us common people! My belief is you need to see the law from both sides in order to properly defend clients!

Thank you,

Brigitte (Paramount Paralegal Services - Windsor, ON)

Hi hassansaleel,

Please feel free to create a new thread with specific details to your own case/tickets. Every situation is different. We've notice that you've been replying to older threads. We ask that you please refrain from bumping up threads that haven't been active for nearly a decade. You're not likely to get a response and your post will be deleted.

Thanks.
