Help Please - Improper Brakes
hello
i was just wondering if i could get some help. i recently got a ticket for improper brakeing systems. and i was wondering if i show up to put in my offence notice could i show that i have gotten my brakes fixed could they drop it there or do i have to fight it and show the recipt in court to get it droped or tossed out
thanks for your help in advance
If you were actually charged with an offence, there is no guarantee it will be dropped simply because you've fixed the problem. Your best option is to request a first attendance meeting with the Crown and see if they're willing to withdraw the charge. The Crown is the only person who can withdraw the charge.
so in other words i have to go for the 3rd option on the back of the ticket which is the not guilty one
Correct.
