Does Hiring A Lawyer Make You Look Guilty To The Judge?
Will hiring a lawyer make the judge more inclined to think that you are guilty vs not hiring a lawyer?
Short answer is they don't care. If anything, it makes their lives easier not having to explain every little thing to someone who doesn't know what's going on. A JP will not hesitate for a second to recommend you seek out representation.
