Not sure if this got posted earlier... I've had almost 2 yr absence from the forum... anyway...

The driver in this case allegedly was caught on Highway 63 in northern Alberta by the RCMP. He was driving with a Club on his steering wheel. No, it's not what you think, because:

1. The vehicle wasn't stolen

2. The driver was the registered owner of the vehicle and it was legally his in every sense of the word

3. The key to the Club was, in fact, on him

4. He wasn't impaired

5. When asked by the RCMP, he did unlock the Club and remove it from the steering wheel

Apparently he said he had trouble removing it... but when the Mounties asked him to remove the Club, off it came...
