18. (1) Every holder of a CVOR certificate shall notify the Registrar in writing within 15 days after any change in the holders name or address or, where applicable, the persons constituting the officers, directors or partners of the holder, of the change made. 1996, c. 33, s. 4.

(2) Every holder of a CVOR certificate shall notify the Registrar of any change in the holders commercial motor vehicle fleet size or in the total distance travelled by the commercial motor vehicle fleet in a specified period, in accordance with the regulations. 1996, c. 33, s. 4.
