Plea Bargin Likelihood

From other peoples experience, what is the likely hood this fine will be reduced at early resolution? I know there isn't a lesser crime but just wondering. I assume the demerit points stick regardless of fine reduction.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Sounds like handheld.

If paying the original fine would cause you some hardship, it's probably more likely than not.

The demerit points stick. They do not assign points. The conviction is sent to the MTO and they automatically apply the points.
