Suspended Licence Question

by: Li-Dog_705 on

Just wondering if anyone can answer this for me. I have a suspended licence for a traffic ticket I forgot to pay. I didnt know my licence was suspended for about a month I had recently moved and the new tenant in my old apartment finally forwarded my mail.

So I paid the outstanding ticket. Now here is my question, must I wait 4 days to pay the $150 reinstatement fee? Or can I pay the $150 whenever and just wait for days for licence to be activated again? I couldnt really get a clear answer from the woman at the courthouse or from the MTO thanks.

once the outstanding fine is paid, you have to go to MTO and have your licence reinstated. Take the receipt to MTO (I can not confirm) but would think after the reinstatement fee is paid that the licence is immediately activated.
