Missing Part Of Last Name On Ticket

by: riya on

Hi ,

I received a ticket for an improper right turn yesterday - trying to get onto the Gardiner from York during rush hour and turned right from the middle lane like a ton of other people ..

In any case, part of my last name is missing on the ticket. For example, say my last name is "Singh Something" - well Singh is a very common name and usually considered a middle name and that's all the cop put and he didn't write in "Something" -- it says "Singh Something" on my license .. so it's not like there's a spelling mistake which I understand is not a fatal error but in my case, he missed out half my last name.. can I get the ticket quashed???

Thanks!

Still not fatal, this would be amendable in court.
