Getting A Drivers License For Photo Id But Its Suspended

hey so i need to get my passport but i lost all my photo id

i got my licsense suspended and cant afford to pay the fine right now but if i go to get a new license just for photo id would they give it to me and just say suspended

Google Ontario photo ID card and you will find a link to the MTO for this card. Same size as a Licence but is a purple colour. They may not issue you one though because it says it's for persons who do not hold a drivers licence. Technically you still do but it's suspended. Cant hurt to phone and ask though.
