Drinking/driving - Suspension Increased

Unread post by hwybear »

Just an FYI, Effective MAY 01, 2009

A driver that registers a WARN on an Approved Screening Device will have their licence suspended for:

1st offence = 3 days

2nd offence = 7 days

3rd offence = 30 days.

The licence is returned to the MTO and the driver MUST go to the MTO to be reinstated.

A driver is NOT responsible if they are blowing a WARN!
