Ticket Missing Information

by: Metalico on

My first post nobody answered my question, here goes another try.

The ticket I received for disobeing sign, section 182 (2) doesn't say the exact place where the infraction took place, do I have a case ? Does anyone knows?

Just says "SB Keele St" but Keele Street is a very long Street.

Judging from previous posts I dont think so. I dont think the cop needs to be overly specific on the ticket. Thats what disclosure is for.

Correct. If the location is MISSING the ticket is invalid. If the location is incorrect, the ticket isn't invalid, but it provides ammo for the defence.
