Disobeying Sign 50 Km Max

I got a ticket called " disobeying sign 50 km max " do i have any points lost?

They gave you a disobey sign ticket for speeding? Strange. If it's section 182(2) of the HTA, it carries two demerit points.

Yes the cop was about 100 ft back the whole time he just saw my speed by.
