Help Fight Speeding 66km/h On 40km/h Flashing School Zone

by: nivar on

got a ticket for speeding 66km/h on 40km/h zone, (reason for my speeding is because the street changes the speed limit when the school zone light flashes, from 60km/h to 40km/h) ticket is at the court and the trial date for next month. The officer got me on the laser cam on a hill behind a another van. Disclosure state I was behind a van, when speed-camera caught me but he was in front. I did not see him till the van in front of me was ordered to move to the left by the officer.

Are those speed cams only works on a flat plane not on hill?

How can he be clear that he caught me (car) instead of the van in front of me?

how can I fight this and win, do I have to higher a paralegals?

disclosure docs I received form the court.
