61. In this Part,
â€œambulanceâ€ includes an ambulance as defined in the Ambulance Act and a cardiac arrest emergency vehicle operated by or under the authority of a hospital; (â€œambulanceâ€)
â€œfire department vehicleâ€ includes an emergency crash extrication vehicle owned and operated by a rescue organization approved by the Minister in writing for the purposes of this Part and a vehicle designated in writing by the Fire Marshal of Ontario as a â€œfire department vehicleâ€; (â€œvÃƒÂ©hicule de pompiersâ€)
â€œmotor vehicleâ€ does not include a motor assisted bicycle; (â€œvÃƒÂ©hicule automobileâ€)
â€œvehicleâ€, in addition to the meaning set out in subsection 1 (1), includes a conversion unit and a trailer converter dolly. (â€œvÃƒÂ©hiculeâ€) R.S.O. 1990, c. H.8, s. 61.
