Update:
I requested more detailed disclosure as the original did not give enough info, they never responded to the 2nd request so I went on my court date ready to request an adjournment until I get my disclosure request fulfilled. Officer was a no-show for unknown reason, charge withdrawn.

Congrats on your win...
Not strictly a win. A win would be beating the evidence. But a withdrawal nonetheless.
