Disclosure

by: cdnpatriot on

I'm two days away from a trial at old city hall for failure to stop at an amber. I've asked for disclosure a couple of days ago.

I just completed the form on the City of Toronto website. Should I have asked for specific information?

Can I ask for an adjournment so that I can research the case further and/or hire someone? They sent me trial notice on February 13.

Do you think I have a good chance of postponing it?

When should I ask? Right at the beginning half hour before court begins or do I wait and see if the cop shows and then go up and request an adjournment then?
