No Time To Get Disclosure Before Resolution Appt - Advice?

by: tweety on

I was convicted of going 35 km/h over, with no reduction. Applied for option 3 (request for trial) with officer presence requested. I was waiting for notice of a trial date before applying for disclosure. Today, I received a resolution meeting invitation which is in 22 calendar days. I am pretty sure that I won't have time to apply for and receive disclosure by that point, even if I faxed it tomorrow. They say that if I don't exercise my option for an early resolution meeting, then a notice of trial date will be mailed to me, and that I should be ready to proceed to trial at that time. What should I do?
