Were right hand turns allowed on red? If they were (or even if they weren't) go speak to a prosecutor. Should get dropped if they were allowed, and you should get a great discount even if you did run the red.


Remember, camera tickets don't show up on insurance, so all you have to worry about is the fine.

right turns on a red are allowed but only fter stopping first. the photo information will provide the speed of your turn, which is proof to the court you did not stop. the camera won't take a picture if you stop. attend and ask for a reduction
