That is correct Zatota i recently went to trial for a speeding offence, The officer showed he tested the Laser before his shift at 7 am and at the end of his shift at 5 pm, these times are in his disclosure.The J.P. accepted that as "relevant testing" of the device.

Radar( Laser) only needs to be tested before shift and at end of shift not after each stop.

Submit your offence as not guilty, once you receive a trial date then ask for disclosure.You can the look at it for any issues, Remember you can always plead guilty, when you are asked to approach from the J.P. If you feel you need to.Good luck.Mike

Here is the letter you receive when you file a complaint with the OIPRD.The OIRPD deemed the officer to be acting according to accepted police practices.Cased closed.
