Submit your offence as not guilty, once you receive a trial date then ask for disclosure.You can the look at it for any issues, Remember you can always plead guilty, when you are asked to approach from the J.P. If you feel you need to.Good luck.Mike

Here is the letter you receive when you file a complaint with the OIPRD.The OIRPD deemed the officer to be acting according to accepted police practices.Cased closed.

Trial today with speeding offence.Brought up many points including no manual provided, no series model of laser, no unit of measurement included in disclosure and so on. You can always plead not guilty you'll get a trial date were you can request disclosure and review once you receive it you can decide what to do.
