Traffic interfere HTA170(12) ticket on OFSC snowmobile trail

Hello to All,
Wanted to share an unusual ticket issued by OPP officer in Seguin Township, Ontario
The 4x4 truck was parked near a lake on the side of OFSC snowmobile trail, while me and buddy fishing 
The OPP officer drove by on a snowmobile and gave a ticket.
info -
location: OFSC snowmobile trail 108
municipality: sequin township
offence: interfere with traffic
section: 70(12) HTA - I have not mistyped, it does say 70(12) not 170(12). it is a mistake
Have following questions:
1. does typo 70(12) - instead of 170(12) invalidates the ticket?
2. Does HTA extends to OFSC snowmobile trail?
3. if #2 is yes, then Is OFSC snowmobile trail considered a highway?
