Toronto Parking Ticket Disclosure Address

Hi,
I'm looking to the moderators (or informed readers) for information on who I should address (and the actual address) my disclosure to. The ticket is for a minor parking infraction that occurred in downtown toronto and the court date is scheduled for January at the Markham address in Scarborough.
