Do disclosure rules apply to parking tickets? In particular, am I entitled to any officer's notes? Are any ever taken? What should I ask for in a disclosure request?

I would ask for:
Officer's notes
Copy of the by-law that designated that spot as a no-parking zone if applicable
Is there anything else to the case? Knowing more will help us determine what you might ask for in the disclosure. Expired coin-parking, distance from no-parking sign, no parking during specified times, disabled parking, etc?
I got two parking tickets:
- no parking at any time
- no parking during certain times
each are $40;
what should i ask for?
