It would work, just that you would start at the bottom with a G1 class license and have to work your way up through the graduates license system. You would be bound by all the driving conditions of a g1 licence, ( be accompanied by qualified driver, no driving on 400' series hwy, and so on)...:

They gave legal monopolies to drivetest centres + licensing centers and essentially milk the public for every dime possible. I have seen them accept the record when not under sign / seal of MTO. I've seen the crown ask the defendant if that is their record, says yes, and gets passed up ....

For disclosure I print FULL driving history and let the crown decide what they will use..

They are not moving violations. So the crown would generally be more willing to deal, even for a suspended sentence
