Wife charge with HTA 27(1)(b) using my accessiblity permit.
My wife just got the summons for displaying my permit by mistake (not in a handicapped spot) . The permit was confiscated and charged. It is always in the windshield as I ALWAYS drive but she drove and forgot to take it down. Anyways that is noise. here are the questions -if convicted does she lose ...
