Thank you everyone. I went to the summons this morning and met with the prosecutor. Before I said anything, they told me all charges were dropped!!!

Thank you both for your insight. I'm a lot less worried now about the summons, knowing that I have time and options after. I also have an email from my insurance provider that states just what you said jsherk.
