Advise appreciated - 145 on ETR407
I was ticketed for 145 on the ETR 407, a 100 kph zone. I was caught by radar. Ticket was not reduced. I was driving in the passing lane and officer was in a car on the right /outside under a bridge behind the concrete barriers so i noticed his car nose as I came up close.
