. Hi everyone: Long time no posting :) THIS IS JUST MY OPINION; NOT LEGAL ADVICE 1.- A Bicycle, unless is 'motor assisted', is not a Motor Vehicle under the HTA. "bicycle" includes a tricycle, a unicycle and a power-assisted bicycle but does not include a motor-assisted bicycle. "moto...

. Hey Drinking and driving is a social disease and a terrible crime. It is unacceptable and there is no excuse for it. Re: MTO powers

Further depending on when this was written, 159.1 was repealed and it contents folded into 159. So date is important as to if the section issued was in force (not that it couldn't be amended). HTA s. 159.1 as of December 31, 2009 http://www.e-laws.gov.on.ca/html/statutes/english/elaws_statutes_90h0...

. Hi Simon : I tend to agree with you. I don't think the date they're stamped with when they're handed in is the "filed date". I think the "filed date" is when the court receives it and "files" it by entering it onto the ICON system. Run with it and let us know how it t...
