Can I write my notes and questions for Cross examination. and use them in the court? Even if i did not write them at the time of offence, especially the Questions.

English is my second language and I have asked for an interpreter in the court. How the court proceed with it. If I have written question, Can I asked to the cop directly or I must use my interpreter.

Sure can. Write what you can think of now and take extra paper and a pen with you........
