Any information anyone can provide? I still have not received anything in the mail notifying me of my court date but after calling I understand that it is October 31st.
I received my full disclosure and my legal representation does not think they can get me out of the ticket.
What is the best way to plead guilty with a reason at this point after I requested a court date.
