Usually you can can check by attempting to pay the ticket. Either it will recognize the number on the ticket or it wont. Also, if the case is not entered into the online system by the officer until the due date (lets suppose it is 19-Feb), what do I do?

Officers don't issue demerit points. It wouldn't be listed on a ticket. That's a Ministry of Transportation thing. They add the points once a conviction gets sent to them.2.Do all such offences include two demerit points, even if this is not mentioned on the ticket per se.
You haven't been convicted of anything yet. There's nothing to tell them.3.Should I reach out to my car insurance company and come clean, to let them know. They will eventually find out, so I was wondering if this would make sense. When I shopped around for insurance, I was told that my record of speeding tickets made it harder for me to get insurance and/or harder to get good rates.
Demerit points last two years from the date you were issued your ticket. Your 4 points will expire March 2020.4.What is people’s experience with being called in for an interview and the possibility of having my license suspended. I received a “Driver’s Warning Notice” a few months ago, that stated that I could be asked for an interview and could have my license suspended if I reached 9 demerit points. This makes me nervous for sure.

An open glove box is not an illegal search. If it's open I look, if not, I don't. I would be looking for weapons that could harm me, hence why we carry use of force items, to protect ourselves. Also leaving a glove box open for them to look in equates to illegal search. !

situational pendingIt's never come up in my daily life, but does the officer give warning they are about to use the taser or pepper spray if the person does not stop what they are doing or show their hands?
situational pending. I have had irate people, but deal with it accordingly. It is not unreasonable to imagine a person being in a bad mood because they have been stopped for something, perhaps an angry motorist cursing while they dig in the glove box or centre console could give the wrong impression to an officer who may think they are looking for a weapon.......ZAP. Or do cops ask the person to stop what they are doing or else.......just curious as to what happens.

Is that something that all ODOTS would rather see? Or does it depend on the officer?Do NOT reach into anywhere, do not place your stuff out in the open.
