Another really good cardio exercise: Run up and down ski hills during the summer. I used to do that. These days if I really want to test my fitness I go running in Caledon at Forks of the Credit Provincial Park. Lots of trails, lots of hills, but really nice scenery. Makes you forget you're doing cardio work.No way could I ever chase anyone down or last more than ten minutes in a fight.
