Disobeying speed limit sign

This is my first offense. I was charged for disobeying a 50km/h sign.

He informed me that he had to go 130km/h to catch me and that if I take this to court he has this in his notes. What does this mean? He wanted to charge me with stunt driving...

note: He told me that I will not lose any points...

HTA 'Disobey Sign' carries two demerit points and a $110 fine

did he charge you with a by-law offense?

If you got charged with a by-law offence (or even Disobey Sign) when stunt driving could've been used... EGAD that's a lucky break!
