OPP Cruiser Disclosure Refusal ("Not Relevant") + Radar Contradiction (Same-Direction Radar Error?)

Looking for advice from anyone experienced with OPP in-car camera disclosure & same-direction radar mechanics.
I was pulled over by the OPP and issued a speeding ticket in a posted 80 km/h zone.
Officer's Disclosure Notes: State that the officer was traveling at 95 km/h and clocked me at 124 km/h (with confirmed readings of 109 and 108) using a Decatur Genesis II Directional radar.
The Physical Reality: The officer was driving in front of me, and I maintained a consistent distance/speed behind him for roughly 2 minutes.
The Problem: If the officer was going 95 km/h and I was doing 124 km/h behind him for 2 minutes, I would have gained almost 1 km on him or rear-ended the cruiser. Since the distance stayed constant, the 124 km/h reading seems like an error or patrol shadowing glitch. I have my distance recorded on my dash cam.
To verify this, I requested supplementary disclosure for the in-car camera system (ICCS) from the Cruiser.
What I received: A silent video clip showing the stop with no speed telemetry overlay or GPS info on screen.
When I emailed asking for the missing audio, telemetry speed overlay, and metadata logs, the prosecutor responded with:
"The material you are requesting is either not relevant, not obtained by prosecution or is third party disclosure. It is the prosecution’s position that disclosure is full and complete at this time. Should you want to pursue this additional disclosure request further, please draft a motion to be heard in advance of the trial date regarding your request."
My court date is July 28, 2026, so they sent this refusal only 3 business days before trial.
Questions for the forum:
Same-Direction Radar Mechanics: Has anyone successfully challenged a Decatur Genesis II directional radar lock where the officer was in front of you?
Doesn't OPP's system automatically track cruiser speed via CAN-bus/GPS? If the telemetry proves the cruiser was going 95 km/h and video shows my distance was constant, doesn't that directly refute the radar lock?
Can a prosecutor legally claim cruiser audio/telemetry is "third-party disclosure" or "not relevant" when it's the state's own investigating vehicle?
Since they refused disclosure 3 days before trial, should I ask the Justice of the Peace for an adjournment on July 28 to bring a formal Motion for Disclosure?
