(was the #$!%'n plane, btw)

I believe the crown will fire away. They can't make her testify, but if you make her testify she's "fair game". Good luck, when is the trial?

Court:

Both cops showed.

Wussed out and took the plea. 15-over / no points / 60$ total (saved $175 and 4 points just for showing up... Always check NOT GUILTY!). Will always wonder if my defense strategy would have won though. (stupid airplane!)

I was the only one who attended without representation. No one went to trial. The same deal for everyone, represented or not. I'm still not 100% positive the crown didn't lie to me when I was told both officers were there. I've been lied to before, but I wasn't about to just walk in to the gaggle of cops standing around collecting overtime and start asking for names and such ;)

Sorry if I'm weaving around in my lane... It's 'cause I'm looking up all the time for the plane now (sunroof now useful)

I tried slowing down for the 2 kilometers or so of marked sections, but that's freekin' impossible!!! LOL
