If you get a Summons for Driving While Under Suspension

DON'T WORRY!
I went to court today and there were 4 other people in the same boat as me. We were all offered the reduced charge of HTA 32 (1) "Driving without a valid license" by the prosecutor.
This is a $260 fine plus surcharges and fees which brings up the total cost to only $325. Plus the Justice of the Peace will give you up to 6 months to pay it.
This is a heck of a lot nicer than the 6 month suspension and $1000 fine you're looking at for "Driving under suspension"
