So this is when I would make a Second Disclosure Request and simply state that you received a copy of the officers notes, but they are mostly illegible and you would like a typed copy that includes the meaning of any shortforms used.

I didn't end up requesting the typed version of the officer's notes. I re-read the original a few times and was able to read that the officer says the street is a one way street.

So, at the trial I will bring along -

* Photos of the Street (what print size and format would you recommend?)

* Google maps overhead view of the street

* Notice to appear at the trial

* Copy of Disclosure request

* Copy of the citation

* Disclosure received

I will be hoping to have a motion of non suit accepted. Otherwise, I intend to plead guilty or accept conviction.

Am I missing/forgetting any documents or material that I should take along to the trial?

Thank you guys for all the help so far.

Take some pics that include the street names in the picture. Pictures MUST be date/time stamped and they must be printed at a real place that does pics, not from your home computer. You should have three copies of each pic so you can give one to prosecutor and one to JP and keep one for yourself. Also maybe print off google maps overhead view that shows street is not divided.

When you say Date/Time Stamped do you mean the photo itself should have the date/time embedded in it by the camera or can it be a stamp from the place that prints them. Also, what would be a real place to print them? Does it have to be a professional photo studio or do Walmart prints work?

Digital time stamp on photo must be embedded from the camera that took it.

Walmart is fine.
