Criminal Code-Fail To Remain
Novice Driver -B.A.C Above Zero
I'm a 25 yr old guy and I just got a job as an RF engineer down in the States after 2 years of unemployment and my company works closely with the U.S Government. I need to get rid of these charges !!!!
My court date is within 4 weeks. Please tell me these charges can be beaten ? What should I do ?
Just a quick addition...the white sheet I have where I signed to appear infront of the court lists those 3 charges I mentioned above ^^
However the yellow slip/summon I got is only for Novice Driver BAC Above Zero
If you're coming here and asking us for help when there is 4 weeks from your court date, I'll assume you don't have a lawyer.
So, quite simply, the best advice I can give you: GET A LAWYER. You think fools on the internet can help you with this? These are criminal charges man. Give your head a shake.

No one here is going to give you advice on criminal charges other than getting a lawyer.
You run the possibility of jail time, not to mention problems with your employment. Leaving the country with a criminal record is going to be an issue.
