Look under the "Courts and Procedures" section with the thread "How to file an 11B." diehard and I wrote out a comprehensive package...

UPDATE:

Back in August 2011, I got a call to come pick up the disclosures. Never got around to do that.

Should I pick them up or forget it since I am filing 11B?

thanks

I'd pick them up, and still work on them just in case the 11B fails. (Given the new precedents that have come out with respect to 11Bs, I don't think you'll have an issue... but still...)

Can anyone proof read my 11B application. I included two charges in one application, because I got them at the same time and my trials were at the same time for both tickets.

Thank you in advance, and looking forward to everybody's comments.

I went to file 11B today and it was complete nightmare.

I got up to the window to Swear my Notice of Application. Girl asks me for the Affidavit.

I tell her that there no need for affidavit right now, because I haven't faxed the Application yet.

She tells me: go serve the Prosecutor. I refused, because I needed to get the application sworn in first.

She call someone else, who tells me the same story. Situation escalated from Zero-to-Furious in matter of seconds. I didn't even get a chance to get angry and both of them started yelling at me.

The called down a prosecutor, who seemed like a nice guy. He told me that it is okay if I dont swear in the application. A paralegal who overheard the conversation, approached me to say I don't need it. They say I can swear it during my trial. I had no other choice, but to go with a flow.

So, I faxed the application to Attorney general Canada and Ontario. I come back to Justice of Peace to get it sworn in. They say I have to go to Eglinton and Warden to do that. I got downstairs to the 'sardin' room and get it Sworn in there. Serve the court and get everything stamped. And I served the Prosecutor too.

I have no idea, what is going to happen now. I just know that Markham location is a complete mess - employees don't know what they are doing and flip-out on you in matter of seconds.
