Multiple By Law offences - Plead down

Hello. I have the following ...
- nov-9th trial for one by law $110.00
- nov-9th trial for another bylaw $65.00
- nov-30th trial for by law $110.00
my question is can i go before the trial dates and set a meeting with prosecutor and discuss all three tickets at the same time and perhaps plead guilty to low fine and pay? Thanks
P.S: I dont want to deal with making 3 trips in court just to lower the fine ( taking off from work costs $ too )
