I Did Not Apply Front Plate And Get A Ticket.

i live in Toronto, a few days ago i got a ticket. because my front plate was not apply on my car. i want fight this ticket how can i win this case on court? thanks!

You picked an offence that is a bit of a slam dunk for the prosecutor. Either you had the plate on or not and you've admitted you didn't. Your only hope is if the officer doesn't turn up but that happens much less frequently than in days gone by.

Former Ontario Police Officer. Advice will become less relevant as the time goes by !

Plead NOT GUILTY and request a trial with the officer present. Once you get your Notice of Trial, you can request disclosure (officers notes). Once you get these notes, post them here and we can advise further.
