Re: Fail to use lower beam oncoming

bend, thanks for replying. Really appreciate it. I am going for trial and have aleady got the disclosure. There isn't much that I can argue about except the officer said it was dark at that time but it wasn't. Other than that, I don't know what to say.

Fail to use lower beam oncoming

Help! Help! I was driving on McNicoll between Midland and Kennedy on Dec. 18, 2012 when I was stopped by a police officer and told my high beam was on. A ticket of $ 110 was handed to me for failing to use lower beam. It was getting dark at that time but not really dark. I know if I go to court to p...

Re: Red light offence

Stanton, Thanks so much for the information. It's very nice of you to share it. This helps me prepare my trail. The photo copied ownership card does have both sides of the original with the stickers on it. The clearly transparent plastic jacket had only the ownership and insurance cards in it, nothi...

Red light offence

Help! Help! Got 3 tickets at the same time! On Oct. 5 last year I was in the third south bounding car waiting to turn left at Donmills and Sheppard when the light turned amber. The light was still amber when it was my turn to go, so I turned and the light turned red when I was half way through. I wa...

HTA 144(18) RED LIGHT - FAILED TO STOP.

Mine was the third car facing south in the queue waiting to turn left behind the white line at Donmills and Sheppard when the light turned amber. The first two cars proceeded and the light was still yellow, so I followed them entering the intersection and turned left. The light changed to red while ...

Re: Turning left on amber light and hit by a forthcoming car

Thanks a lot for your comments and advice. I have already been offered a reduction of points from 6 to 2 but am still wondering how much chance I stand to get the careless driving charge dropped if I hire a traffic ticket fighter to prepresent me in court.

Re: Turning left on amber light and hit by a forthcoming car

Thanks for responding and giving me advice. I have talked to a few traffic ticket agents and got some very conflicting advise. Some said it's very hard to convict careless driving and based on the information I provided there is a very good chance to win if I hire them to represent me. One even said...

Turning left on amber light and hit by a forthcoming car

It happened last December. I was facing north in the middle of the intersection at Donmills and McNicoll waiting to make a left turn. There was a big white van on the other side of McNicoll facing south waiting to turn left too. When the light changed to amber, I checked and the road was clear, ther...
