What can you say, our government is making easy money by targeting good drivers. Too bad that the we can't do anything about it. I'm actually sick and tired of all these new laws that really have nothing to do with safety.

Thats the sticky point, neither the government or insurance companies will actually test and see how good or bad our driving skills are. They don't want to know.
